Chelvis was born at a tiny corner on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar. We were tired of two extremes: watered-down supermarket dust on one side, and overly snobby coffee temples that make you feel guilty for wanting jaggery.

We combine generational South Indian filter kaapi decoction mastery with third-wave specialty beans handpicked from Baba Budangiri and Coorg hills. High caffeine, zero pretensions, and engineered to conquer peak-hour Bangalore traffic.

120ml Hot Water (94°C)

200ml Frothed Milk

Add 30g coarsely ground Chelvis powder to the upper filter chamber.

Press lightly with the umbrella disc. Pour 120ml boiling water (94°C).

Let decoction slowly drip for 12 minutes. Pour with frothed milk from height for thick foam!
